我们的微笑厨房|Our smiley-face kitchen!

  　  上海市政府为保障学校食品安全，每学期开学初，都会对学校进行检查。检查内容包括持健康证上岗、食品安全管理制度落实、食品留样、原料购进渠道是否合法、进货渠道是否合法、操作规范、台账清晰等。3月2日，我们幼儿园也经历了食药监局严格检查，得到了高度认可，并给予食药监局检查的最高评价——获得了笑脸标记。

       In order to ensure food safety in schools, Shanghai Government carries out school inspections at the beginning of each semester. The inspection covers: staff health certificates check; food safety management system is running; food samples are kept; raw material purchasing channel is legal; supplying channel is legal; standard operating procedure;standardized and complete accounts. On Mar 2, Zhongshan passed the Food and Drug Administration’s inspection and was highly recognized. We were granted with the highest grade--a smiley face label!!
