       让您久等了！中山幼儿园本年度的开放日和招生说明会就要来了，时间定在3月27日，3月29日，3月31日，共举办三场。本次说明会和开放活动针对的是孩子出生于2014年9月1日至2015年8月31日的家长，赶快报名预约吧！

       Reserve a spot now! Wewill host open days with kindergarten tour and principal’s presentation, onMarch 27, 29, 31 respectively. This time we invite parents whose child was bornbetween Sept 1, 2014 and Aug 31, 2015 to attend our open days.

重要说明

1、本次开放活动针对的是孩子出生于2014年9月1日-2015年8月31日的家长。

2、活动名额有限，先到先得。请注意，您只可以报名一场开放日活动，且一个家庭只有一位家人可以入园参加活动。重复报名或多人入园将可能被取消活动资格。

3、本次活动细节的变更或修改以中山幼儿园最新通知为准，不再单独通知家长。

1. We invite parents whose child was born betweenSept 1, 2014 to Aug 31, 2015 to attend our open days.

2. Spots are limited. Please reserve ASAP. You canonly register once and only one family member is invited. Otherwise yourreservation may be cancelled.

3. Any adjustments of the activities will not beinformed to you individually. Please follow Zhongshan Kindergarten’s latestnews.

孩子入园前准备 Preparing Your Child for Kindergarten

一、入园前体检

1体检时间、地址：入园前（保健老师会通知您）。

2体检人员：全部入园新生。

3体检方式：家长自行带领幼儿前去体检。

4体检后，凭体检证入园。

二、入园需交资料：

（一）本市及非本市户籍：

1户口本复印件（三页：户主页、幼儿页、父母页）。

2父母身份证复印件。

3出生证。

4预防接种卡。

5入园体检卡。

（二）外国籍 For Foreign Children：

1、   父母及幼儿护照复印件 Copies of child’s and parents’ passports

2、   现居住地证明 Registration Form of Temporary Residence

3、 出生证 Birth certificate

4、 疫苗接种证明 Vaccination record

5、 入园体检卡 Health check report

三、其他 Others

1、备室内软底鞋一双，便于孩子在市内进行活动

Please prepare a pair of indoor shoes for your child.

2、为了幼儿的安全，我园为孩子制作接送卡，请平日经常接送孩子的2位家长，各带一张自己的报名照（2寸彩色）。

Please provide photo copies of parents or ayi who often picks the child up. We will use the photos to make pick-up cards.

3、需要预备枕头、床垫及各季节被褥。（学校可以代为购买，400元/套）

Please prepare beddings for your child or purchase them from the kindergarten (400 Yuan/Set).

4、预备替换的内衣一套，托班预备日常使用的尿片、湿巾纸。

Please prepare a set of underwear in your child’s backpack.   

5、避免刚来园焦虑分离症，可以给宝贝带一件熟悉的物品或玩具，给予安抚情绪（情绪稳定后不用再带来）。

To ease child’s separation anxiety, you could prepare a familiar toy or item for your child.
