 因多地多校屡发食品安全问题，为保障学生和教职工在校集中用餐的食品安全与营养健康，加强监督管理，教育部、国家市场监督管理总局、国家卫生健康委员会公布了《学校食品安全与营养健康管理规定》，并于今年4月1日起施行。《规定》要求全国中小学及幼儿园都需要建立集中用餐陪餐制度，每餐均有学校相关负责人与学生共同用餐，做好陪餐记录，及时发现和解决集中用餐过程中存在的问题。

     Because the food safety problems occurred in many schools, in order to protect the food security of students and school staff,and enhance the supervision, the government issued Regulations on School Food Safety and Nutritional Health Management and started at Apr 1. The centralized meal accompanying system should be established by all the schools and kindergartens, and all the responsible school leaders are required to company with students to have the meals together, taking notes, and finding out the existing problems.

     为保障幼儿的餐点质量，积极响应国家有关规定，我园于4月1日开始陪餐制度。邱园长成为我园陪餐第一人。她不仅检测了食物的温度，也通过试吃，了解了食物的营养是否均衡，同时也向小朋友们示范取餐的方法以及份量。

   Our kindergarten has began the meal accompanying system on April 1 and the Principal Qiu became the first leader to do this. She tested the food's temperature, tried the food to find out whether the nutrition is balanced. She also showed the children how much they should get.

我们的陪餐活动已经开展了近两周，学校的相关负责人邱园长、张老师、Phil老师轮流到不同班级进行了陪餐，检测食物并记录。当看到小朋友们吃得笑容满面，我们也感到非常欣慰。希望在中山的每一个孩子都能健康茁壮地成长。

Our meal accompanying system has launched for nearly two weeks, Mrs. Qiu, Mrs. Zhang and Mr.Phil were rotatably involved in different classes to have lunch with the students, testing the food and taking records.The kids smiling really comfort us.  We hope they can grow healthy and safely.
