由市教委等单位联合制作的《公共安全教育第一课》（第五季）将于3月1日（星期日）18:00在上海教育电视台首播。该课主题是居家防疫及居家安全，由上海医疗救治专家组组长、复旦大学附属华山医院感染科主任张文宏教授主讲疫情防控知识，上海市疾病预防控制中心传染病防治所所长吴寰宇讲解洗手、消毒等防疫细节，市公安局、市消防救援总队教官就防疫期间防网络诈骗、防火及防范交通事故给予指导。各学校要通知学生准时收看，倡导低龄段学生家长陪伴观看。
