徐汇区中小学居家消防安全指南

针对疫情防控工作需要，中小学生大多要在三月份以后才陆续开学。为确保中小学生在家学习期间消防安全，坚决打赢疫情防控狙击战，区教育局、消防救援支队联合制定本指南。

For the needs of outbreak prevention and control, most primary and secondary schools will start in March. In order to ensure the fire safety of students during home study, the District Education Bureau and fire rescue detachment jointly formulate this guide.

一、居家防火很重要。

1、不将火柴、打火机、医用酒精等当作玩具，也不在家烧东西玩。医用酒精是极易燃烧的物质，不可和火源放置在一起。

2、家用电器要在家长的指导下正确使用。低年级学生严禁单独使用大功率电器，不超负荷用电，不乱接电线，不乱动插座、电源开关。用完电器或者人离开时，要及时关闭电源。

3、外环以内严禁燃放烟花爆竹，不在室内燃放烟花爆竹。

4、要提醒家长吸烟要熄灭烟头，并在确认烟头熄灭的情况下扔进垃圾桶。

5、发现室内有煤气或液化气泄漏（比如你闻到很浓的气味）时，应关闭燃气阀门，切断气源，开窗通风。切记，不要开启电灯等电器设施，以免爆炸引发火灾。

1. Do not use matches, lighters, medical alcohol, etc. as toys or burn things at home. Medical alcohol is an extremely flammable substance, which cannot be placed together with a fire source.

2. Household appliances should be used correctly under the guidance of parents. It is strictly forbidden for junior students to use high-power electrical appliances alone, connect wires without permission, and do not move power switches without permission. Turn off the power supply in time when using electrical appliances or when people leave.

3. It is strictly prohibited to set off fireworks and firecrackers.

4. Parents should be reminded to put out cigarette butts when smoking, and throw them into the garbage.

5. In case of gas or liquefied gas leakage (for example, you smell a strong smell), close the gas valve, cut off the gas source and open the window for ventilation. Do not turn on the electric lights and other electrical facilities, so as to avoid explosion and fire.

二、发生险情不要怕。

1、家里如果发生火情，要第一时间通知大人，并且拨打119报警电话。

2、要保持镇定，迅速判断危险位置和安全地点，尽快撤离险地，切不可盲目跟从人流和相互拥挤，逃生时不可使用电梯，要通过消防通道走楼梯脱险。

3、撤离时要朝明亮处或者外面空旷处逃离。如家位于着火层下方，则尽快往楼下面跑。如家位于着火层上方，且通道已被阻塞，则通过阳台、气窗、天台等往室外逃离。

4、不能随意拨打119火警电话，假报火警是扰乱社会公共秩序的违法行为。

3. When evacuating, choose the direction of the bright place or the open area outside. If your home is under the fire floor, run to the ground as soon as possible. If above the fire floor and the passage has been blocked, escape to the outside through the balcony, air window, roof terrace, etc.

4. It is illegal to disturb the public order to call 119 at will.

三、轻微火灾能应付。

1、水是最常用的灭火剂，木头、纸张、棉布等起火处，可以用水有效的扑灭。

2、用扫帚、拖把、浸湿的棉被或者毛毯覆盖起火处，也可以有效灭火。

3、油类、酒精等起火，不可用水去扑灭，可用沙土或者浸湿的棉被迅速覆盖灭火。

4、电器起火，不可用水扑灭，也不可用潮湿的物品捂盖。水是导体，容易引发触电。要先切断电源，然后再灭火。

5、灭火器是最直接的灭火设备，要提醒家长，家中要常备。使用时，要记住拔出提环，紧握喷头，对准火焰根部，用力下压阀进行喷射。

A slight fire can be dealt with.

1. Water is commonly used for extinguishing the fire spots led by wood, paper, cotton cloth.

2. Covering the fire with a broom, mop, wet quilt or blanket can also effectively extinguish the fire.

3. Do not use water but sand or wet cotton quilt for putting out the fire led by oil and alcohol.

4. Do not put out the fire with water or cover it with damp articles. Water is a conductor, easy to cause electric shock. Cut off the power before putting out the fire.

5. Fire extinguisher is the most direct fire-fighting equipment. Parents should keep it at home. When using, remember to pull out the lifting ring, hold the nozzle tightly, aim at the root of the flame, and press down the valve to spray.
