防控疫情及开学前致家长书

尊敬的家长：

您好！当前，全国上下众志成城，正在打一场新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情防控战。前线，无数医务工作者正在积极开展各项防控救治工作；我园也是高度重视科学防控工作，把全体师生安全和身心健康放在首要位置，已在第一时间成立专项小组，制定防控和应急处置工作方案，落实工作责任主体，排查消除可能的隐患，严格施行检测和防控措施，做好应对工作。

At present, 2019nCov infected pneumonia epidemic prevention and control war has been launched all over the country. Millions of medical workers have been actively working at the front line. Meanwhile, our kindergarten paid high attention to prevention, regarding the safety and health of all the staff and students as our priority, and has set up a special team to formulate prevention and control and emergency response work plans, implement the subjects of work responsibility, eliminate potential dangers, and strictly implement detection and prevention and control measures.

目前，我园已完成全园的消毒工作，严格实行园内留守及值班人员佩戴口罩的规定，并需于进入校园前完成体温测量、洗手消毒、佩戴口罩和信息登记。除了防疫工作人员外，外来人员严禁进入校园。园内的防控物资，如口罩、消毒片、酒精等，我园已积极筹措。

We have currently finished the whole kindergarten's disinfection work, strictly implement the requirements of the security guards and the staff on duty to wear masks, completing the temperature measurement, handwashing disinfection, wearing masks and information registration before entering the kindergarten. Outsiders are not allowed to enter it, except for the epidemic prevention staff. We have actively raised the prevention and control supplies, such as masks, disinfection tablets, alcohol, etc.

为了大家的生命健康和人身安全，我园对相关事项做如下提示：

Some tips are given to you to ensure your health and safety.

一、   关注疫情信息，正确获取疫情防控相关信息。

家长可关注国家专业权威部门和主流媒体发布的疫情信息，不造谣、不信谣、不传谣，不恐慌，教育、引导幼儿做好个人防护。

First, pay attention to the outbreak information, and obtain the information correctly.

Parents can follow up on the epidemic information released by national authorities and mainstream media, do not fabricate and spread rumors, educate and guide your child to do personal protection.

二、   减少不必要出行，不参加聚集性活动。

寒假期间如无紧急情况请尽量停留在家中，出门请佩戴口罩，坚决避免到人群聚集的地方去；不参加各类教育教学、社会实践、校外培训等聚集性活动。学校场地均不对外开放，假期不要提前返校。建议取消各种聚会。

Second, reduce unnecessary travel and do not participate in the gathering activities.

Please stay at home if there is no emergency during the holiday, AND please wear a mask when going out, and DO NOT go to the crowded place; Do not attend all kinds of social practice, training, and other activities. Schools are not allowed to open and do not return to school in advance during holidays. All the parties should be canceled.

三、   关注自身健康，注意个人卫生防护。

寒假期间要养成良好的作息规律，保证睡眠充足，增强自身免疫力。如出现发热（腋下体温≥37.3℃）和其他呼吸道感染症状，特别是持续发热不退、乏力、干咳或者有新型冠状病毒感染肺炎病例接触史的，请第一时间佩戴口罩到就近定点医院发热门诊就医，并主动告知相关情况。

如返校需乘坐公共交通工具，建议全程佩戴口罩，并随时保持手部卫生，减少接触交通工具的公共物品和部位；接触公共物品或咳嗽手捂后、饭前便后，用洗手液或香皂流水洗手，或者使用免洗洗手液；不确定手是否清洁时，避免用手接触口鼻眼；打喷嚏或咳嗽时，用手肘衣服遮住口鼻。

Third,   care for your own health and personal hygiene protection.

Develop a good routine, ensure adequate sleep, enhance your immunity. In case of fever (Axillary temperature ≥37.3℃) and other respiratory tract infection symptoms, especially persistent fever, fatigue, dry cough or a history of exposure to pneumonia cases infected by 2019nCov, please wear a mask immediately to the fever clinic of the nearest designated hospital for medical treatment, and actively inform the relevant situation.

If you need to take public transportation on the way back to school, it is recommended to wear a mask during the whole journey and keep hands clean at all times to reduce the detection of public goods and parts of the vehicle; After touching public goods, covering hands with cough, washing hands with hand sanitizer or running water with soap before meals and after using the toilet; When you are not sure whether your hands are clean, avoid touching your mouth, nose and eyes. Cover your nose and mouth with your elbows when sneezing or coughing.

四、   及时报告相关信息。

目前已从疫情发生地返回，或假期接触过来自疫情发生地人员的教师、家长或学生，应密切关注自己的健康状况，按要求进行隔离观察两周（14天），并主动向班级老师及所在街道社区报告情况。

Fourth，timely report relevant information.

Teachers, parents or students who have returned from the outbreak site or come into contact with people from the outbreak site during the holidays should pay close attention to self-health status, conduct observation for two weeks (14 days) as required, and report the situation to the class teachers and the neighborhood community.

五、   注意居家卫生，合理安排饮食。

起居室要勤通风换气，及时清理垃圾，保持整洁卫生。不接触不食用野生动物，食用肉类和蛋类要煮熟煮透。

Fifth, pay attention to home hygiene and arrange diet reasonably.

Your home should be frequently ventilated; clear rubbish in time; keep rooms neat and clean. Do not touch and eat wild animals, and cook meat and eggs thoroughly.

六、   配合排查登记。

教育部门在近期开展师生假期动向相关排查，请家长们积极配合。如果被疾控部门告知您是一名密切接触者或被确诊为患上新型冠状病毒感染肺炎，请先不要恐慌，并请第一时间向学校报告，主动服从配合区政府的防控举措，在疾控部门指导下到指定医疗机构进行排查、诊治。

Sixth, cooperate with our investigation and registration.

Education authorities in the recent teachers and students holiday trends related to the survey, Please actively cooperate with us to complete the survey of students' and teachers' trends that education authorities launched. If you are told by the disease control department that you are a close contact or have been diagnosed with 2019-nCor infection pneumonia, please do not panic, and please report to us immediately, take the initiative to comply with the district government's prevention and control measures, under the guidance of the disease control department to the designated medical institutions for diagnosis and treatment.

七、   开学时间将按照上级通知安排，请家长时刻留意幼儿园的安排与通知。

积极配合假期内幼儿园的防控疫情工作，保障广大师生的生命安全。开学前，请家长务必为孩子准备好幼儿口罩。
